This chocolate is made from the finest Criollo beans that Bonnat processes. Venezuela is the country of origin of this fine cocoa, more precisely the ancient cultivation province of Lake Maracaibo. Not more than 1000 kg are harvested annually, which makes them all the more exclusive and special.
Harvesting is done by hand. The name "Porcelana" comes from the fact that the beans used for this are reminiscent of porcelain due to their white color.
This chocolate belongs to the absolute royal class. In terms of taste it is strongly aromatic and a real delicacy.
