Strong dark chocolate with 70% cocoa and "mocha" coffee beans. The term mocha is known to connoisseurs of good coffee, and in Vienna - one of the most traditional metropolises of western coffee culture - black coffee has always been referred to as mocha in many houses. The name of the coffee comes from the city of Mokka in southwest Yemen, which once served as a large hub for good coffee. Today, the city's importance for the coffee trade has largely been lost, although coffee from Yemen is still a sought-after specialty due to its “chocolatey” aroma. Coffee beans from Yemen serve as an aromatic charge for the high-proof bar of the small, fine chocolate series "Café Cult". The beans are made by the Viennese coffee specialist Caffé a Casa a > gently roasted for the Xocolat manufactory and mixed as a whole with a 70 percent chocolate. The result is sheer coffee power with a pronounced cocoa flavor accompaniment.
