The extremely attractive combination of sweetly aromatic pecans with soft chocolate. A truly precious variation on the nut chocolate theme for those who want lots of nuts and just good chocolate. The chocolate on this bar is a blend of dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa, which is made from the particularly fruity criollo beans, and a whole milk chocolate with 38% cocoa. This results in a hearty aromatic taste with a delicate melt and elegant harmony. The pecans come from Mexico, have the “Mammut” size category, are gently roasted for this table and broken into workable pieces. Like all bars of the Nuss plus series, this variety is cast by hand.
