CHOCOLATE TASTING
What there is to learn and taste:
- Chocolate basics regarding cocoa content, cocoa type, cocoa origin
- Tasting of chocolate with a cocoa content of between 30% cocoa butter and 100% cocoa (6 samples)
- Tasting of single origin chocolates from different terroirs (6 samples)
- Tasting of single-origin chocolates with identical cocoa content (4 samples)
The service package:
- Approx. 1.5 hours of tasting
- Sparkling wine to accompany the aperitif
- Water and bread to neutralize the palate
- Scorecard with information on the chocolates tasted
