Blonde chocolate with 32% cocoa content and a pronounced caramel taste, aromatically enriched with roasted Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee beans. Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the most precious origins of coffee. The plantations are located at heights of 900 to 1600 meters on the Caribbean island of Jamaica. The cultivation area is extremely small with about 6000 hectares. The beans are of the Arabica variety and develop an extraordinary aroma on this special terroir. The price of Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is correspondingly high. Xocolat Manufaktur uses this preciousness to live up to the name of the small, fine chocolate bar series "Café Cult". The beans are made by the Viennese coffee specialist Caffè a Casa a > gently roasted for the Xocolat manufactory and processed into a grillage in the Xocolat manufactory before being mixed with the chocolate.
