Product description
The tasty combination of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) with gently dried pieces of raspberry. A chocolate of great fruitiness with the tart touch of fine cocoa. Only cocoa of the rare Criollo variety was used for this chocolate, which is characterized by a special fruitiness and therefore harmonises excellently with the raspberry pieces. With a very low sugar sweetness - after all, the chocolate has at least 70% cocoa content, so there is little room for sugar - an interesting interplay develops on the palate between the spicy raspberry notes and the powerfully bitter chocolate taste.
