Racy dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content, topped with candied Habanero chilli and sprinkled with "jumbo sugar". The chocolate is made from Venezuelan Criollo beans, which gives it an elegant, fruity taste. The classic cocoa content of around 70% for dark chocolate ensures a proper breed. The chili peppers are finely cut and candied in the Xocolat manufactory and placed in a well-dosed amount on the chocolate, so that on the palate a considerable joy unfolds, but the enjoyment of this chocolate remains without remorse. The thinly poured tablets are given an extra large amount of hail sugar as an aromatic contrast medium to the extremely spicy aroma network.
