Racy dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content, attractively sprinkled and topped with crystallized ginger and pieces of dried but soft pineapple. The cocoa beans for this chocolate are exclusively of the rare Criollo variety and come from Venezuela. This gives the chocolate a moisture that is reminiscent of berries and plums. The lively aromatic ginger comes from Australia, is cut into cubes and finely coated with granulated sugar. The fruity element in this composition is dried Hawaii pineapple, which harmonises perfectly with the sharpness of the ginger and the breed of chocolate.
