Milk chocolate with at least 38% cocoa content, topped with currants and delicately sprinkled with fragrant Maldon salt. Currants are particularly flavorful, small raisins and, with their pronounced sweetness, form the counterpart to the well-dosed salt crystals on this thinly poured tablet. These flakes, which come from the salt marshes of the Maldon Bay in south-east England, also have a particularly delicate structure within the Fleur-de-Sel group.
