Racy dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content, sprinkled with candied rose petals and real gold (24 ct). The use of gold on this bar is to be understood as a sign of the outstanding quality of the chocolate and is therefore purely decorative. From a nutritional point of view, it is as safe as it is irrelevant, even if some, especially historical sources, assume that gold consumption has a positive effect on health. The candied leaves exude the typical, sweet aroma of roses, which combines beautifully with the tart and spicy taste of chocolate. Pure chocolate from rare Criollo beans is used for this chocolate, which gives the chocolate a high degree of fruitiness and elegance.
