Wine and chocolate tasting on 21.11.2024, 6 pm

Xocolat Manufaktur, Servitengasse 5, 1090 Vienna

 

What there is to learn and taste:

- Basic information on the harmony of wine and chocolate  

- Tasting of at least 8 wines (white wine, red wine, vin doux naturelle, sherry, port, madaira, sweet wine; 1/16 l per sample)

- Tasting of at least 18 chocolates

 

The service package:

- Approx. 1.5 hours of tasting  

- Water and bread to neutralize the palate

- Scorecard with information on the wines and chocolates tasted

The number of participants is limited to 20 people. 

Individual appointments can be arranged for group bookings.
