The anode noire from the French chocolate manufacturer Valrhona is a dark chocolate coating with 70% cocoa. The couverture is part of the "Grands Crus de Terroir" line for which the finest fine cocoa from a specific country is used. The cocoa beans for the Andoa come 100% from Peru. The Andoa Noire is characterized by its combination of freshness and a spectacularly bitter taste.
