Caramelized chocolate with a dash of milk chocolate for the pleasant cocoa taste. Total cocoa content (cocoa butter and cocoa mass) at least 34%. In addition to white chocolate, dark chocolate (also known as "dark chocolate") and milk chocolate, "blonde chocolate" is the fourth and newest color on the range of chocolate artists. In terms of food law, it is, of course, white chocolate because it is produced using cocoa butter, but without the addition of cocoa mass. The decisive step for the typicality of the variety is the heating of white chocolate, whereby sugar and milk sugar caramelize. This creates the blonde color and develops a full, mild caramel taste.
This version is also refined with milk chocolate and Maldon salt flakes.
